WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF A WEMBLEY MOTORS SERVICE PLAN?

WHAT DOES THE WEMBLEY MOTORS SERVICE PLAN COVER?

The Wembley Motors Service Plan covers the cost of a basic service of your car. A Service: Systematic Operations may include but not limited to Oil Filter, Seals, Screen wash, Coolant, Engine Oil & Vehicle Health Check.

 

 

WHAT IS SPECIFICALLY NOT COVERED WITHIN A WEMBLEY MOTORS SERVICE PLAN?

Top-up of fluids between services (consumables), wear and- tear items, MOT charges, additional checks and any adjustments not specified in the basic Manufacturer’s Service Schedule are NOT covered.

 

 

CAN I BUY A SERVICE PLAN ONLINE?

Yes, you can buy a service plan for your vehicle online through our website: https://www.wembley-motors.com/peugeot-service-plans.

 

 

HOW DO I PAY FOR A SERVICE PLAN?
Wembley Motors Service Plans are paid for by monthly Direct Debit.

 

 

WHEN WILL MY DIRECT DEBIT BE COLLECTED?
Your Direct Debit will be collected on or around the same day/date that the Service Plan commenced.

 

 

CAN I BUY A WEMBLEY MOTORS SERVICE PLAN FOR SOMEONE ELSE?

No, the Wembley Motors Service Plans must be registered for and paid by the same person.

 

 

DOES THE PLAN NEED TO BE UNDER THE VEHICLE OWNER NAME?

Yes, our Service Plans need to be in the name of the vehicle owner.

I NOTICED THAT WHEN I BUY A SERVICE PLAN ON YOUR WEBSITE THAT PAYMENT IS PROCESSED VIA STRIPE. WHO ARE THEY?

MY SERVICE IS DUE IN A FEW MONTHS; CAN I TAKE OUT A SERVICE PLAN?

Yes. However, should the balance not be sufficient at the time of the service booking the team will communicate in advance any remaining balance to pay upon service completion.

 

 

HOW CAN I BOOK A SERVICE?

You can be a service online: https://www.wembley-motors.com/car-servicing. Alternative you can contact the Wembley Motors team to book directly.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD MY CAR BE SERVICED?

The service interval for your car will be detailed in your owner’s manual. Each manufacturer has different recommendations depending on the model. If you’re unsure of when your next service is due, contact the team at Wembley Motors and we’ll be happy to help.

 

 

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY SERVICE IS DUE?

Please consult your vehicle handbook or contact the Wembley Motors team as your service will depend on the relevant year/mileage interval and when your previous service was completed.

 

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS A REQUIRED SERVICE BY MORE THAN 1,000 MILES / 1 MONTH?

If you fail to have a service within 1,000 miles or 1 month of the Service due date, you are still entitled to have the service performed, as long as the overall Service Plan has not been cancelled.

 

 

DOES MY SERVICE PLAN EXPIRE?

No, your Service Plan will remain active until it is cancelled.

 

 

CAN MY WEMBLEY MOTORS SERVICE PLAN BE TRANSFERRED TO A NEW OWNER ON SALE OF THE VEHICLE?

No. The Wembley Motors Service Plan cannot be transferred. Should you sell your vehicle without informing us, you will continue to be charged for the Service Plan.

 

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I WANT TO SELL MY CAR AND HAVEN’T USED THE SERVICES?

Please contact the team to arrange a refund. Refunds are calculated based on the money you have paid into the service plan account, less any services and/or management charges.

 

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON’T USE MY SERVICES?

CAN I CANCEL MY WEMBLEY MOTORS SERVICE PLAN?

If you’re thinking about cancelling, please call us on 0208 998 5970 – we would hate to lose you. We can talk you through the benefits and options of remaining a service plan customer, particularly if your needs or circumstances have changed.


If ultimately you do decide to cancel, we will help you to finalise the agreement quickly and efficiently. Refunds are calculated based on the money you have paid into the service plan account, less any services and/or management charges.
